If you can't adopt, please donate. Thank you for helping to save a life!
Note: reference checks (if applicable) and phone/video interviews will be done before the application is approved for you to meet the pet. Our pets are adopted to the best home for them, NOT on a first come first serve basis.
Most kittens are required to be adopted in pairs. There can be single adoptions if another cat/kitten already lives in the home.

Meeting our cats
We have cats at local pet stores and in foster homes. You can look at the cats at the pet stores,
but CPR limits meeting the cats at the pet stores as well as the cats in foster care until after your application is approved.

Notes on Adopting Cats:
Kittens under 12 weeks old: We do our best to determine the gender of all available kittens, but it's sometimes difficult to know for sure until they see a vet when they're between 8 and 12 weeks old. Kitten listings are subject to change.
CPR's Position on Declawing: CPR is strongly opposed to declawing cats for the convenience of their guardians. The only circumstance in which the procedure could be condoned would be if the health and safety of the guardian would be put at risk, as in the case of individuals with compromised immune systems or illnesses that cause them to be unusually susceptible to serious infections. Medical proof will be required.
Cats with an Ear Tip: An adoptable cat may be missing a small piece of their ear, known as Ear Tipping. This is done as part of the feral package (spay/neuter and rabies vaccine). This is an universally recognized, safe and humane procedure that is done while the cat is under anesthesia for spay/neuter surgery. An ear tip is a visual indicator that a cat has previously been altered and vaccinated, which can be seen from a distance, and prevents re-trapping. When they are first trapped we don't know if they will be friendly or feral. Once they have been fixed, we evaluate and, if they are friendly, they are made available for adoption.

Meet Asteroids & Sonic!
Asteroids & Sonic are Domestic Short Hair cats who are both about 1 & 1/2 years old. They are bonded brothers that need to be adopted together. Asteroids is a handsome orange & white cat. He is a little hesitant with humans and may hiss at first, but then will let you pick him up and pet him. Then he settles in for cuddling. Sonic is a good-looking buff-orange tabby cat. He is friendly and enjoys getting pets. He will let you pick him up to cuddle with no problems. They both love to play with each other and love to hang out in the kitty condo & tower. Both boys really love the squeeze treats too. Both are fixed, up-to-date on shots, dewormed, FIV/FELV negative, and microchipped. They are currently being cared for by our rescue, but would like you to make them a part of your family today! The adoption fee of $250 ($125 EACH) will also benefit other CPR rescue animals. Foresta and Forrest
Meet Foresta and Forrest!
Foresta and Forrest are sweet bonded siblings that need to be adopted together. Foresta is a pretty shorthaired dilute calico cat, and Forrest is a handsome shorthaired orange tabby cat with a bit of white on his chest. They are both about 1 year old. Foresta is a little more reserved than her brother. While she enjoys being petted and snuggling, she prefers swatting at a wand toy, playing with her brother and, of course, being given squeeze tube treats. She is looking for a patient family to give her a lifetime of playing and cat treats. Forrest is curious and cuddly. He loves his pets and cuddles, but will eventually want to walk away and play. He is looking for a forever home to explore and a family to love him. Both are fixed, up-to-date on shots, dewormed, FIV/FELV negative, and microchipped. They are currently being cared for by our rescue, but would like you to make them a part of your family today! The adoption fee of $125 EACH will benefit other CPR rescue animals. Current location: Foster Home |

Yeti and Yuki
They are currently living together, and they are a bonded pair, so they must be adopted together.
They are up-to-date on shots, dewormed, FIV/FELV negative, and microchipped.
Current location: Foster Home

Current location: Foster Home
They are looking for a forever home that is willing to foster to adopt until they are old enough to be fixed. Foster to adopt means, they will be living with you and you will be responsible for them (including financially), but the adoption will not be finalized until they are fixed. That usually happens around 5 months depending on what the vet says.
They are currently being cared for by our rescue, but would like you to make them a part of your family today! The adoption fee of $125 EACH will benefit other CPR rescue animals.
